Valentines Day
Dear Ken and Norma, You're in our thoughts and prayers
for a complete and speedy recovery, Norma. Take care of yourself, Ken. Your Mom,
Doris, keeps us up-to-date on your news through her annual Christmas letter, so
we feel connected in spite of the distance. My husband John had a stroke (brain
hemorrhage Oct. 7 and is gradually improving. We can understand a little of what
you're going through. People's thoughts and prayers have sustained us amazingly.

My mom had an inoperable brain tumor when she was 40. We
had her on three prayer chains, they told her that she would no doubt be a
vegetable if this tumor grew at all. After 30 yrs, she is still alive at 73. God
loves you!

Ken and Norma, Ken and I are praying for you. I know I
would not have survived my stroke in April of 2005 had it not been for the
prayers of so many people. Also, I was airlifted to UIC Hospital as well. It is
an excellent hospital with the best staff. Please continue to keep us posted.
